Introduction

Middleman Software, Inc. (“Middleman,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at middleman.tv and use our products and services.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, make a purchase, request a demo, contact us, or subscribe to our communications. This may include your name, email address, company name, phone number, and payment information.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our products and services; process transactions and send related information; respond to your comments, questions, and requests; and communicate with you about products, services, and events.

Information We Collect When You Use Our Online Tools

The online tools section of our website (tools.middleman.tv) can be used without an account. When you use them, we collect data you submit along with the date and time of your request and your browser’s user agent (the browser and operating‑system information your browser reports). We do not collect or store your IP address in connection with these tools, and no sign‑in is required to use them.

We use this information to understand how the tools are used and to maintain, improve, and develop examples for the tools. The data submitted to these tools is technical in nature and is not linked to your identity. We process it on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and improving our tools, and we retain it only for as long as it is useful for these purposes.

Our online tools also store your preferences (such as display and parsing options) locally in your browser. That information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, and we never store credit card numbers on our servers.
